About the role
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes digital marketing. We need an expert in paid advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), social media, Google Ads, email marketing and content strategy to support the growth of products and brands for our clients. You would be responsible for co-developing and executing strategies that exceed benchmarks and deliver measurable engagement, conversions and meaningful outcomes across various platforms. Most importantly, you need to be curious, ambitious and humble. You need to also have an entrepreneurial spirit, be relentlessly organized and understand how to demonstrate ownership and accountability. All in all, we want someone who really cares about this work, our clients and the people you surround yourself with. Some agency or client-management experience would be great, but the right mix of knowledge, skills and attitude will always outweigh previous experience.
What you’ll do: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that generate high-quality engagement, conversions and actions. Conduct research and analysis to identify content opportunities and trends. Develop SEO and AEO strategies for clients. Coordinate and manage paid and organic digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Understand the nuances of audience segmentation, attribution models and conversion optimization. Manage and maintain content calendars, ensuring that all content is delivered on time and in line with strategic goals. Develop and nurture community engagement strategies. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization and improvement. Develop and execute A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve lead generation efforts. Support with conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page optimization and user journey analysis. Translate complex digital data into practical recommendations for clients and internal teams. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Collaborate with team members to ensure that content and creative is effectively integrated into broader marketing campaigns. Support lead generation efforts and track new business opportunities created through digital marketing efforts.
What you need: A curious mind and appetite for learning, growing and innovating. Degree or diploma in digital marketing or communications, or a mix of experience that qualifies your skills and knowledge. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, PPC, paid social advertising, email marketing and content marketing. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform digital marketing strategy and optimization. Experience with developing dashboards and reports to communicate performance insights and recommendations. Extensive experience with GA4, Google Ads, AdWords, Meta Ads Manager, Google Search Console, Data Studio, email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Campaigner, HubSpot, Klaviyo or similar) and other digital marketing distribution and analytics tools. Understanding of AI search, AEO and emerging trends and changes in search behaviour and discoverability. Ability to manage large media budgets across multiple platforms and optimizing spend for stronger performance. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Excellent written and oral communication skills; French is an asset. Ability to manage several simultaneous projects and resources. Agency experience is an asset. Experience with OOH media buying is an asset.
