Description
Reporting to the Manager, Service Quality this role is responsible for:
- Analysis of Operational and client-specific data to identify areas of opportunity for improved customer experience.
- Acting as the voice of the customer in process design, operational planning, and decision-making.
- Aligning initiatives with corporate priorities.
- Coaching Operations Management on tools and best practices to enhance customer experience.
- Mining and analyzing operational and customer data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and other tools.
- Translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Supporting performance forecasting, benchmarking, and continuous improvement.
- Designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines for real-time and batch processing.
- Automating data flows and optimizing performance across operational datasets.
- Collaborating with Data Governance and Data Science teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
- Ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and compliance with internal standards.
- Supporting day-to-day remote scanning activities as needed
Qualifications
- University degree in field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics or similar field of study.
- 2+ years or more experience in a similar role in the courier or logistics industry.
- Able to grasp and understand Purolator's or Courier network, policies, procedures and status of technological advancement.
- Experience working in a unionized environment and an understanding of labour constraints
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization.
- Experience with Python, and automation tools (e.g., Python Scripts to automate data flows, Power Query, Task Scheduler).
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Quality Management principles.
- Core competencies include Strategic Alignment & Customer Advocacy, Data-Driven Decision Making, Technical Solution Design, Cross-Functional Collaboration, and Continuous Improvement & Innovation.
