We’re Hiring: Montessori Educator (Level 2 or 3)

Montessori-Certified Casa Mia Montessori, a boutique early learning center in SE Calgary, is looking for a warm, dedicated, and qualified Montessori-trained Educator (Level 2 or 3) to join our small and collaborative team. We are seeking someone who genuinely loves working with children and is deeply passionate about guiding their growth and independence in a Montessori environment.
You will play a vital role in nurturing the whole child — emotionally, socially, and cognitively — through respectful, child-led learning.

📌 Position Requirements
Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certification (Level 2 or 3) Montessori training is mandatory
A college or university degree related to Early Childhood Education
Valid First Aid/CPR certification (issued within the last 3 years)
Police Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (within 6 months)
Full-time: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Start date: June or July 2025
💰 Compensation: Level 2: $18–$19/hour Alberta wage top-up Level 3: $20–$22/hour Alberta wage top-up Final wage based on experience and qualifications
