As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project timelines, communications, and administrative processes. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is looking to build a long-term career with a mission-driven company.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and documentation to ensure timely execution of solar projects with a heavy focus in the BC region.
- Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Track and monitor project progress, escalating challenges when necessary.
- Prepare reports, update trackers, and maintain organized records of all project activities.
- Support problem resolution by identifying gaps, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements to increase efficiency.
What You Bring
- Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills are a must.
- Excellent communication skills with very fluent English (both written and verbal).
- Mandarin speaking ability is a strong asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting.
- A strong desire for long-term career growth within a stable, growing organization.
