We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Ag Territory Sales Representative to join our Red Deer team.   • Structured training and long-term career growth opportunities What You Will Be Doing Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the Central Alberta area Meet with small and medium-sized business owners to understand their needs Present CFIB solutions that deliver value, savings, and support while proactively generating leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking Develop new business through prospecting and referrals Build long term relationships with members Follow a proven sales process with coaching and support Participate in ongoing training with exposure to leadership development Who Succeeds in this Role 1–3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly Motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently Coachable mindset with interest in long term career growth Comfortable working in a field-based role Experience with CRM tools and digital platforms is considered an asset Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle What You Will Receive You will earn total compensation of $85,000–$95,000 annually, including a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and monthly performance bonuses, with top performers earning $120,000+.
