Position Summary
Kiewit is currently seeking experienced Journeyperson Ironworkers for the Path2Zero project, located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.
Position Requirements
Possession of a valid Journeyperson (JM) Structural Ironworker Ticket Possession of a valid Fall Protection Ticket Possession of a valid Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) Ticket Previous experience of rigging, crane signaling, connecting structural steel and bolt tensioning Minimum 5 years’ working on Industrial Sites
Compensation And Shift Details
Base wage: $52.00 per hour as per CLAC Collective Agreement Nightshift: $3.00 per hour premium if working nights ITC Premium: $2.50 per hour on base hours (40 hours per week) Vacation pay: 6% on base hours (40 hours per week) Statutory holiday pay: 3.6% on base hours (40 hours per week) Shifts run Monday to Thursday, 10 hours per day; Friday, 8 hours Overtime and weekend work may be required

The Path2Zero project is a major clean energy initiative supporting the decarbonization of industrial operations in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Upon its completion in 2028, the facility will be Canada’s largest clean hydrogen production site and among the largest globally.
