NNC Immigration is looking for a licensed RCIC to join our growing team at our Brampton office.

We are seeking someone who understands both immigration strategy and client care ? a professional who can confidently guide clients, oversee files properly, and lead a strong processing team while maintaining high compliance standards.

WHAT YOU?LL BE DOING

• Meeting clients in person and conducting detailed immigration consultations
• Creating strong immigration strategies based on each client?s background and goals
• Managing and supervising active immigration files from start to finish
• Guiding and supporting case processors throughout the application process
• Reviewing applications carefully before submission to ensure quality and accuracy
• Handling a wide range of applications including: Express Entry,PNP Programs,LMIA Applications,Work Permits,Spousal Sponsorships,Restoration and Refusal Matters
• Staying updated with IRCC policy changes, processing trends, and compliance requirements
• Maintaining professional communication standards with clients and internal teams
• Ensuring all client files and CRM systems are properly maintained and organized
• Upholding ethical and professional standards under CICC guidelines

WHAT WE?RE LOOKING FOR

• Active RCIC License in Good Standing with CICC
• Minimum 2 years of licensed immigration practice experience
• Strong understanding of Canadian immigration law and procedures
• Experience handling complex and strategic immigration matters
• Strong drafting skills for submission letters and immigration explanations
• Leadership and team supervision experience
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Ability to think strategically and provide realistic immigration solutions
• Experience using CRM and immigration case management systems
• IRB experience is considered a strong asset

LOCATION

Brampton, ON

This is a full-time in-office role. Applicants must be able to reliably commute daily.
