What Will You Do?
Scheduling:
- Developing, tracking, and maintaining project schedules
- Reviewing critical path, and quickly adapting or accelerating projects to meet deadlines
- Reporting, and updating directors of project schedule
Management and Leadership:
- Complete the tendering process for contract awarding
- Assist in the overall planning and defining of project scope for all subcontractors and employees
- Project resource allocation from internal and external resources.
- Project documentation, communication, and reporting
- Conduct consultant meetings
- Cost estimating, and budget development in collaboration with senior team.
Quality Control
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans if required
- Ongoing troubleshooting and problem solving
- Work with Sr. PM and help oversee project team including Project Coordinators and Superintendents
- Ensure the project is built on a budget, on schedule, and on drawing specifications.
- Work with the Leasing team to help develop budgets and timelines for potential tenants.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 5 years of construction-related experience in commercial or residential projects
- Direct work experience in a project coordination capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
- Experience overseeing multi-family projects
- Certificate, University degree, or college diploma would be an asset
- Project Management education is an asset
Salary Range:
$110,000 - $140,000
