Refinishing Representative, Consolidated Dealers
About the role
Qualifications:
- Previous outside sales experience in the collision repair industry with a proven track record of success
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be customer-driven
- Strong problem-solving skills required
- Post-secondary education an asset
- Computer literacy (Excel, Outlook) a must
- Must be a self-starter
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while developing new business
- Regular visits to existing customers to optimize on-hand inventory of paint and allied products
- Introduce new products and processes to existing accounts via joint sales calls with manufacturer and supplier reps
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a timely fashion
- Meet sales targets and objectives
Compensation package includes salary, incentives, car allowance and benefits.
