About The Role LexisNexis Canada is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bilingual Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is instrumental in driving engagement, generating leads, and supporting brand and segment marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is fluent in both written and spoken English and Canadian French, and brings a collaborative spirit, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to campaign execution.
You will work closely with the Central team including Segment Marketing Managers, the design team, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and business objectives. Proficiency in AI tools and marketing platforms is essential to enhance campaign performance and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, webinars, social media, events) to support brand, segment, and digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop bilingual marketing assets and ensure consistent messaging across English and French audiences.
- Leverage tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, and Zoom to manage campaigns, track performance, and generate reports.
- Support webinar planning and execution, including bilingual content creation, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
- Assist in the development of visual and written content, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance for both language markets.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Act as a flexible team member, contributing to various marketing functions as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role or equivalent training.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Canadian French (written and spoken) is required.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, campaign management, and digital media.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot).
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or collaboratively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with AI tools and trends in marketing automation and personalization.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
