We are pleased to offer a Full-time employment opportunity as a Subprime Finance & Special Markets Manager in our Sales Department in Moose Jaw. Responsibilities

  • Proactively mine CRM and dealership databases to generate new sales opportunities
  • Contact customers regarding finance approvals, upgrade eligibility, and vehicle options
  • Structure and secure subprime financing; work closely with lenders to finalize deals
  • Match customers with suitable vehicles and financing solutions; overcome objections and close sales
  • Maintain and grow a consistent sales pipeline through daily outbound calls and disciplined follow-up
  • Sell directly from your pipeline and refer qualified opportunities to the sales team when appropriate
  • Provide F&I coverage as needed, including one dedicated day per week and during peak periods
  • Present finance and protection products professionally while ensuring compliance and accurate documentation
  • Contribute to increased dealership volume and overall F&I revenue

Qualifications

  • Class 5 driver’s license (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with people
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure
  • Comfortable with Excel, Google Docs, and email systems
