About the role

Content Specialist-Dining & Nightlife Must be Located in Ontario We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Dining Content Associate to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our content ecosystem.

This position is responsible for consistently creating new content and updating existing materials within our proprietary content management tool (SharePoint).

The ideal candidate will ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and user-friendly, aligning with brand standards and business objectives.

This role requires strong writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Develop clear, engaging, and relevant dining content both proactively based on reporting, research etc. and reactively based on Service Delivery and Leadership requests, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.

Regularly review and update existing content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and usability across all touchpoints; review cycles to be defined by leadership.

Navigate and utilize SharePoint to efficiently publish, edit, and organize content, while engaging in ongoing training to understand new and existing capabilities within SharePoint that can enhance the content, usability, etc.

Conduct thorough checks for grammar, formatting, and factual accuracy before publishing or updating content.

Work closely with internal teams (Product, Content / Learning & Development, Service Delivery) to gather information and align content with business goals based on seasonality, increased Dining demand, etc.

Ensure all content is clear, concise and usable for the Service Delivery population, leveraging a “New Hire Lifestyle Consultant” mindset for new content creation.

Manage multiple content tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards under tight timelines.

Use performance metrics and user feedback to refine and enhance content effectiveness and propose ideas, enhancements or new tool functionalities to leadership.

Respond to proactive content submissions with professionalism, providing a clear timeline for action or a transparent explanation when updates cannot be implemented

Assist in content demonstrations during training sessions and on an ad hoc basis, helping all Service Delivery roles understand content functionality, updates, how to best leverage, etc.

Required Skills And Knowledge Content Management Systems (CMS) – Proficiency in navigating and updating content within SharePoint Tool

Strong Written Communication – Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to various audiences.

Attention to Detail – High level of accuracy in grammar, formatting, and factual content.

Project & Time Management – Skilled in managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication – Ability to work cross-functionally and respond professionally to content requests and feedback.

Required Work Experience And Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years’ progressive experience, preferably in a contact center / customer relationship center

Required Languages Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required.

English

Travel / Schedule / Rotation Requirements This is a non-travel position.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements Must have a dedicated, quiet, and private workspace free from distractions.

Ability to sit and remain at a desk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day) while operating a computer and telephone headset.

Reliable high-speed uninterrupted internet connection meeting minimum company standards.

Ability to use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.

Clear, polished and professional verbal & written communication and active listening skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

May occasionally require walking, standing, or light lifting (up to 10 pounds) of equipment such as a laptop or office supplies.
