The Opportunity We are currently seeking a contract Surface Land Administrator to work collaboratively within ARC’s Surface Land team. This is a full-time contract position based in Calgary reporting to the Supervisor, Surface Land Administration. You will assist with issuing Road Use and Third-Party Agreements, assisting in a post close acquisition project, and day-to-day administrative responsibilities as required. This position requires an excellent work ethic, strong multi-tasking skills, and exceptional organizational abilities.
Responsibilities
- Review the accuracy of document metadata and ensuring file integrity as part of our commitment to meticulous record management
- Assist in the granting of Road Use and Third-Party Agreements
What You Will Bring To Arc
- A minimum of two years of experience as a Surface Land Administrator or Analyst in the oil & gas industry
- Diploma or certificate in Surface Land Administration from a recognized program such as SAIT, Mount Royal, Olds College, etc.
- Exceptional computer skills and advanced knowledge in the use of MS Office, CS Explorer and SharePoint
- Strong relationship building and high level of enthusiasm and willingness to take initiative
- Excellent work ethic and a collaborative approach to working in a team environment
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in issuing Road Use and Third-Party agreements will be considered an asset
- CAPLA membership is preferred
