We?re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery & Heat Press Operator to join our team. This position involves working with a 6-head embroidery machine and heat press equipment to customize apparel and accessories. Experience is preferred but mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a 6-head embroidery machine and heat press
• Read and follow work orders accurately
• Hoop garments and load items for embroidery and pressing
• Thread machines, change designs, and monitor production quality
• Perform light machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications:

• Experience is preferred but not mandatory. We will provide training
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
