Supervisors - Event Venues - FIFA World Cup
Paladin is proud to support FIFA World Cup 2026 events across Vancouver, and we are looking for experienced Security Supervisors for roles at FIFA-related event locations in Vancouver, including hotels and stadiums.
We are looking for candidates with full-time availability for day and afternoon shifts throughout the week.
Pay Rate: $30.00/hour
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year of work experience in the security industry
- Previous supervisory, management, or leadership experience
- Prior event security experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- AST and OFA2 are an asset
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-attendance environments
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support event security guards at assigned locations
- Conduct pre-event briefings and assign staff duties
- Monitor crowd behavior, safety risks, and access control points
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns
- Conduct patrols of event areas and restricted zones
- Coordinate with site management, police, and emergency services
- Complete incident reports, activity logs, and post-event documentation
