Your Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Solution Specialist for the Water Business Line Delivery Centers (US and Canada), our Discipline Teams in Water Delivery, and our Delivery Leaders.
Your Key Responsibilities
General Support
- Provide support for project-related SharePoint and Teams activities, including site setup, document management and permissions.
- Deliver training and assistance to project team members in the effective use of SharePoint and Teams platforms.
- Review documents, reports, and correspondence for adherence to formatting standards, content accuracy, grammar, and spelling; implement necessary revisions.
- Manage project specification document workflows, formatting and deliverables.
- Enhance and format Excel tools and spreadsheets to improve functionality and presentation.
- Develop Power Apps and Power BI dashboards tailored to Business Line needs.
- Maintain and update the internal Water SharePoint site as needed.
- Offer support to management team members as required.
- Provide general support for Water Delivery Projects as necessary.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Experienced with SharePoint programming
- Proficient in MS Teams set-up and use
- Skilled in MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Able to work independently with professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability
- Demonstrates initiative and a proactive attitude toward assignments
- Effective team player with experience in collaborative environments
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.
