- 
Test Planning and coordination for the client applications. 
- 
Provide application guidance and assistance via telephone or in person concerning test planning and co-ordination of client applications; 
- 
Liaise with senior CAF users to assist them in identifying and defining operational requirements and how they impact the test plans; 
- 
Establish a validation and verification capability which assumes functional and performance compliance in accordance with feedback from CAF members; 
-

Provide SME (subject matter expertise) to client using the specialized software;

collect new requirements and change requests from users and provide feedback on the impact to the test plan; 
- 
Assist in providing direction/guidance to project directors with regards to development and improvement of the test plans; 
- 
Filter/test and push reported issues to the most current tracking system in use at the client as well as senior technical staff to ensure validation and verification of tests plans on high priority items; 
- 
Perform functional and performance compliance of fixed bug before implementation; 
- 
Apply change on the latest client end user reporting media and explain the changes of the new release; 
- 
Guide clients how to operate various applications. 
Qualifications
- 
Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience as a Tester 
- 
Have a post-secondary education (College/CEGEP diploma or University degree) 
- 
Experience testing applications in large organizations (20000+ users) 
- 
Minimum 8 years’ experience within the past 10 years testing HRMS applications in large organizations (20000+ users) 
- 
Minimum 8 years’ experience within the past 10 years as an administrator for large organizations (20000+ users) HRMS applications 
- 
Minimum 8 years’ experience within the past 10 years processing new requirements and change requests for software applications 
Additional Information
- Able to obtain and maintain a Canadian Government Secret Clearance
- Able to go onsite 5 days a week in Ottawa
