About the role
As an SAP Ariba Support Analyst, you will make an impact by providing advanced functional and technical support for SAP Ariba platform, ensuring seamless integration with SAP ERP systems and delivering high-quality solutions to enhance user experience. You will be a valued member of the SAP Practice and work collaboratively with procurement, finance, IT stakeholders, and external support team.
In this role, you will
- Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing), resolving complex incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/S4, including data mapping and migration jobs.
- Perform technical analysis by reading SAP tables, interpreting Ariba data structures, and validating data integrity.
- Implement minor enhancements by gathering requirements, configuring workflows, approval rules, templates, and custom fields.
- Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) and coordinate deployment while maintaining compliance with security and audit standards.
What you need to succeed (Required skills)
- Strong expertise in SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing) and integration with SAP ECC/S4.
- Ability to read and interpret SAP tables, analyze data, and troubleshoot mapping issues effectively.
- Hands-on experience with data migration, data mapping jobs, and integration troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to collaborate across procurement, finance, and IT teams while maintaining detailed documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
