Position Location: Thunder Bay, ON (this position is not remote)

Position Overview:
Under the direction of the Information Systems Manager, the File Management Officer acts as a resource for employees in regards to client files. The File Management Officer provides primary assistance to the File Manager and Information Systems Manager in the day-to-day maintenance of a centralized client file system for the Agency.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum two-year Health Records Technician Diploma is required. B.A. is preferred.
- Two or more years experience preferably in a non-profit organization in the social services field.
- Experience in administration, file or data management; social service client-related services.
- Ability to work flexible hours as determined by the Information Systems Manager in relation to service requirements.
- Must have a valid Class “G” Driver’s Licence and have access to a reliable, personal vehicle.
- Must have $1,000,000 liability vehicle insurance.
- Must complete a criminal records check.
Hours of Work: 32.5 weekly
