Key Responsibilities include: Provide administrative support to leadership and team members across both departments. Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and prepare agendas and minutes. Assist with document preparation, formatting, and distribution. Support onboarding activities and maintain team records. Liaise with internal departments and external partners. Help organize team events, workshops, and training sessions. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. This position is non-unionized.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Experience coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documentation. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in healthcare, public sector, or technical environments. Familiarity with digital health systems, clinical engineering workflows, or related terminology. Knowledge of SharePoint, OneNote, Visio, or other collaboration tools. Experience supporting multiple leaders or cross-functional teams. Post-secondary education in business administration, office management, or a related field. Understanding of hybrid work environments and virtual collaboration best practices.
