Are you passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences and helping people achieve their dream smiles? Shuswap Orthodontics is looking for a passionate and energetic full-time Treatment Coordinator to join our newly renovated, state-of-the-art clinic in Salmon Arm, BC.

- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 4-day work week, Monday to Thursday, with no evenings or weekends.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Welcome new patients with a friendly and enthusiastic approach
- Review health and dental history and discuss patient goals for treatment
- Assist during consultations by recording details and updating charts
- Clearly explain the recommended treatment plans, payment options, and answer questions with confidence using the available tools to educate them
- Provide follow-up communication and coordinate with referring dentists/specialists
- Track and report on key performance metrics
- Ensure patient concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
- Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice.
The Teammate We’re Looking For
- A warm, confident, and approachable personality
- 1+ year of experience in administration (dental/orthodontic office experience is an asset, but not required)
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency required; dental software an asset)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
- Experience with dental treatment plans, insurance, or CDA certification is a bonus
