We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates & Product Operations Specialists (Part-Time / Full-Time). You will represent Urban Barn by offering friendly service and product knowledge to help our customers create a space they love to call home.
Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we’re looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts (i.e. weekdays, weeknights and weekends).

What You Will Do:
- Guide customers in their furniture & décor choices, suggesting the best products for their needs
- Provide a warm greeting to every customer
- Establish connections with customers to build customer loyalty
- Carry out transactions (purchases, exchanges, and returns)
- Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store
- Ensure product organization and maintain back-of-house operational standards
What you Bring:
- At least 2 years of Retail Sales experience
- A passion for interior décor and merchandising
- Ease of using technology such as a Point-of-Sale system and iPad
- Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)
- The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
