Job Title: Epic Grand Central Analyst
Start Date: February 2026

**Project Scope
We are seeking an Epic Grand Central certified analyst to support a large-scale Epic implementation for a Canadian healthcare customer. This role will support patient flow and bed management build, including readiness activities and onsite support for go-live in April.
**Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Epic Grand Central Analyst to support the design, build, testing, and deployment of patient flow workflows across inpatient areas. This role is critical to ensuring bed management, transfer workflows, admission/discharge processes, and patient movement visibility tools are accurately built and validated to support operational efficiency and safe patient care.
**Key Responsibilities
- Build and configure Epic Grand Central workflows including bed management, patient placement, transfer workflows, and capacity/throughput visibility tools.
- Partner with operational leaders, nursing leadership, and patient access teams to gather requirements and translate needs into system build.
- Support configuration of patient flow components, unit structures, bed setup, status boards, and transfer/discharge processes.
- Execute unit, integrated, and UAT testing; troubleshoot issues and coordinate fixes with cross-module teams (ADT, ClinDoc, Prelude, Cadence).
- Support go-live readiness activities and provide onsite support during April go-live and early stabilization.
Qualifications
- Epic Grand Central certification required.
- 3–5 years of Epic Grand Central build/implementation experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of patient flow operations including admissions, transfers, bed placement, and discharge readiness workflows.
- Experience supporting testing cycles, operational readiness, and go-live stabilization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within large project teams.
- Ability to travel onsite in April to support go-live activities.
**Travel Requirements
- Minimal travel required throughout the project.
- Onsite presence required in April for go-live support.
