About the Role and Job: Position: SFDC Business Analyst Location : Toronto Client: Bank of Nova Scotia Position : Full time/Subcon Salary : < 122K CAD/Annum | < CAD 73/Hr Procurewise ID : TechM160694 Job Description : We are seeking a Business Analyst with the 7-10 years of experience. The pay range for this role is CAD 105,000 per annum - CAD 122,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. What we’re looking for: Business Analyst/Business System Analyst with 7-10 years of experience with at least 3+ years on experience in Salesforce projects as working as a BA Good Writing and communication skills with in depth salesforce knowledge. Experience in gathering requirements and documentation including testing and Test plan creation. Document end to end business process flows and user stories. Exposure to Financial Service Cloud Or certified in the same Should be Admin 201 Certified, Advanced Admin certification is a Plus Should know the SFDC Sales and Service cloud Functional flow Should be able to understand the Customer’s implicit and explicit requirements and manage the UAT for the Customer Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as JIRA or Trello. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with data migration and system integration projects is a plus. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
