What the job involves
- Qualio is seeking a Sales Manager who will lead and coach a high performing team of Account Executives
- This role is a frontline sales management position to enable and coach Account Executives
- Be a mentor, leader, and coach for your team – driving revenue results and helping them realize their full potential
- Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable to performance expectations
- Coach your sales team by directly participating in client meetings, creating and executing account strategies to drive deals forward efficiently and reporting on pipeline
- Our customers are often quality managers and work in the life-sciences space. You must love taking a consultative sales approach with many different personas
- Influencing cross-functionally at the leadership level
- Scaling your impact and influencing strategic decisions through cross-functional partnership
- Influencing at the leadership level
- Forecasting team pipeline and delivering on quarterly objectives
