About the role

APTUS is urgently hiring a Temporary Contract Full-Time Supportive Living Program Supervisor.

Contract duration: Three months, with the possibility of extension based on operational needs.

Number of Available Positions: Three (3)

Location: Within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

Aptus Treatment Centre for Complex Disabilities is looking for a compassionate, collaborative, and inspiring Supportive Living Program Supervisor to lead dedicated teams delivering high-quality, person-directed supports. What You'll Do

As a key member of our management team, you will: Lead, coach, mentor, and inspire our front-line staff Oversee the day-to-day operations of Supportive Living programs Champion person-directed care and support the implementation of Individual Support Plans, Person- Centred Plans, and Behaviour Support Plans Foster a culture of respect, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning Ensure compliance with Ministry requirements, organizational policies, health & safety standards, and quality assurance practices Coordinate staffing, resources, reporting, team meetings, and operational priorities Advocate for individuals receiving services to achieve meaningful, personal outcomes

What You Bring

Degree or Diploma in Developmental Services, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, dual diagnosis, mental health challenges, and complex behavioural needs Minimum 2 year of supervisory or leadership experience within the developmental services sector Experience implementing behaviour intervention best practices Strong leadership, communication, coaching, problem-solving, crisis management, and organizational skills Knowledge of person-directed supports, disability legislation, and sector best practices Strong administrative and computer skills Valid Ontario G2/G Driver's Licence with an acceptable driving record Current First Aid/CPR, and CPI Certification Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
