The Consumer Affairs Coordinator handles consumer inquiries and high-visibility escalations-investigating issues, coordinating resolutions, administering goodwill when appropriate, and documenting all cases in Salesforce. They also analyze trends, ensure timely follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction, and support internal stakeholders while reporting to the Manager, Contact Centres and Consumer Affairs.
A Day in the Life:

Manage executive, media, and social-media escalations by investigating cases, coordinating resolutions with internal teams, and documenting all actions in Salesforce.

Communicate outcomes to stakeholders, recommend goodwill when appropriate, and ensure seamless case handoffs.

Conduct follow-ups to confirm consumer satisfaction and adhere to case closure metrics.

Analyze trends in consumer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and propose process enhancements.

Prepare reports, summaries, and act as backup support to team members as required.
Who We're Looking For:
Required:
-
Minimum 1-3 years of customer service experience in a Contact Centre or Case Management environment.

Bilingual (English/French) is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to make sound decisions under pressure with minimal supervision.

Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Desired:

Experience handling executive-level escalations.

Strong negotiation, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to coach and guide others on complex case handling.

Salary Range:
$59,550.00 - $73,162.00
This compensation range represents the minimum to midpoint base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level. Please note that an employee's base salary may occasionally be set above the midpoint of the salary band for this grade level, in recognition of the employee's unique skills, work experience, education, work location, or market conditions. Compensation decisions also consider internal equity and comparisons with the base salary rates of other employees with similar backgrounds working in comparable roles. Note: Bonus, benefits, and other forms of variable compensation are not included in the base-salary range shown above.
