As an Associate Director in Automation/SRE within Production Engineering, you will be responsible for leading a team that focuses on automating processes and ensuring the reliability of our production systems. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability.
- Monitor and optimize system performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes.

- Proven experience in automation and site reliability engineering.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
