Tasks/Responsibilities
The Development Team Lead will be responsible for defining the product vision, guiding development teams, and ensuring the delivery of reliable and innovative application solutions.
MORE PRECISELY
- Understand client needs and translate them into user stories
- Define and adjust the product vision according to business requirements
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs
- Lead and motivate development and QA teams
- Monitor performance and foster team cohesion
- Facilitate workshops and product reviews with stakeholders
- Maintain clear functional documentation
- Stay up to date with technology trends and propose improvements
PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience in application product management
- Experience managing application development teams using Agile/Scrum methods
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices
- Good knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Miro
- Experience in the media industry (asset)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Bilingual: French required, English required
