The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and possess organizational skills, effective communication skills (verbal and written), will be able to adapt to change, and proficient with computer software including Word, Excel, MIS, and Databases. Reporting to the Campus Manager, Moosonee the successful candidate will perform a variety of complex duties associated with the administration of College programs in response to requirements of client groups. Liaison functions are normally of an interactive nature. What you will be doing: Compiles and analyzes data in order to provide recommendations as to appropriate course of action; Prepares operation plans, schedules and terms of reference; Represents College in dealing with public by attending appropriate functions; and Trains, co-ordinates and monitors activities of others as appropriate. What you will need to be considered: Two (2) year Community College diploma, or related/equivalent; and Up to four years of practical experience. Please note this position qualifies under Northern College’s protocol for hiring in remote regions. Candidates with relevant experience and who do not meet the education requirements may be given consideration based on relevant equivalent qualifications.
