The Opportunity
As Product Owner in our Animal Performance & Traceability (AP&T) team, you’ll be the voice of the customer in our software development process. You’ll work closely with R&D, UX/UI, and engineering teams to ensure our web and mobile applications deliver real-world value to farming producers globally.
What You’ll Be Doing
Day-to-day, you’ll own and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic goals. You’ll also:
Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver customer value.
Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
Gather and document user stories using customer insights and UX research.
Serve as the voice of the customer within the development team.
The Fit
You’re a strategic thinker who thrives in agile environments and knows how to turn customer insights into actionable software features. You’re confident managing competing priorities, translating business needs into clear development goals, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-impact solutions. With a progressive mindset and strong communication skills, you’ll be the driving force behind product clarity and customer value.
The successful candidate will bring:
3+ years in Agile software development.
Experience with Azure DevOps.
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritise features, bugs, and change requests based on business value.
A progressive mindset and passion for continuous delivery.
