Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Associé(e), Contrôle de la qualité (QC) pour se joindre à notre équipe de Montréal.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
Coordonner l'envoi des informations requises à l'entrepôt pour les inspections des comptes Clubs. Recevoir, examiner, approuver et téléverser les rapports d'inspection de l'entrepôt. Inspecter les cartons maîtres destinés aux comptes Clubs. Préparer les rapports d'inspection des cartons maîtres, émettre les décisions et communiquer les résultats. Téléverser les avis de non-conformité dans le système VAS Tracker. Émettre les rétrofacturations (chargebacks) aux fournisseurs en cas de non-conformité liée à la qualité. Assurer le téléversement de toute l'information pertinente dans le système VAS Tracker. AVEZ-VOUS LE PROFIL QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS ? Diplôme d'études collégiales ou supérieur. Expérience dans l'industrie du vêtement. Un minimum d'une (1) année d'expérience dans un poste similaire constitue un atout. Bilinguisme (français/anglais) : l’anglais est requis pour ce poste puisque la personne devra interagir avec nos bureaux et nos usines à l’étranger. Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques. Excellentes aptitudes en communication. Bonnes aptitudes en planification et en organisation. Capacité à faire preuve de flexibilité et à résoudre des problèmes. Personne proactive, engagée et orientée vers les résultats. Esprit d'équipe. We are looking for an Associate, Quality Control to join our growing Design team in Montreal.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the submission of required information to the warehouse for Club account inspections. Receive, review, approve, and upload warehouse inspection reports. Inspect master cartons for Club accounts. Prepare and issue master carton inspection reports and communicate inspection decisions. Upload non-compliance reports into the VAS Tracker system. Issue chargebacks to suppliers for quality-related non-compliance. Upload all relevant documentation into the VAS Tracker system. DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR? College degree or higher. Experience in the apparel industry. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role is considered an asset. Bilingualism (French/English): English is required for this position as the incumbent will be required to interact with our overseas offices and manufacturing facilities. Good computer skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong planning and organizational skills. Flexible with strong problem-solving abilities. Proactive, committed, and results oriented. Team player.
