As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to maintenance personnel by maintaining an organized stores area.

What you will bring to Novajet
- Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) and establish relationships with vendors/repair shops.
- Valid drivers’ license and an acceptable Statement of Driving Record
- Excellent attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Able to lift up to 23 Kg (50 lbs).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work and handle time-sensitive tasks without losing composure and able to complete the task accurately
- Proficient with Microsoft office products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Aviation experience considered an asset
- Previous shipping and receiving experience are considered an asset
- Formal training in Inventory or Purchasing is considered and asset
- Ability to obtain a RAIC (security pass)
Responsibilities
- Purchasing of parts in cost effective and time efficient manner
- Reporting repair quotes and ETA to Supervisor
- Responsible for picking up, delivering, and shipping parts as instructed
- Receive parts and verify incoming parts per the Purchase Order
- Validate all the certifications and documentation match the received parts
- Effectively resolve parts and shipping issues as they arise
- Administer the assignment of parts and tools
- Continually make or suggest changes to further the inventory and purchasing process
- Perform all computer entries required to maintain an accurate inventory including updating of parts/repairs status in computerized maintenance system
- Perform periodic physical inventory of parts department
- Actively participate in the company Safety Management System (SMS)
- Managing shelf life of time limited parts and supplies
Working Conditions
· Office and Maintenance environment, Monday to Friday
· 40 hours weekly
