Position Summary We are looking for detailed and quality-orientated individuals to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities will include order picking, order fulfillment and packaging, material handling, loading and unloading incoming/outgoing shipments, outside service vendor coordination.
Reports to: Inventory/Logistics Manager
Hours Of Work Monday to Thursday (7am to 4pm) and Friday (7am to 3pm)
Essential Functions/Qualifications
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent experience is required
- 2 - 3 years of related shipping/receiving experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
- Strong computer skills including the proficiency of Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others
- Possess a continuous improvement mindset
- Previous experience working with an ERP system (JDE) is a definite asset
- Physical Demands (ability to lift occasionally 50-80 lbs; required to stand, walk, sit; use hands to handle and reach

Total Rewards The starting compensation for this position is $20.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
