Tasks As the Construction Manager / Expert Architecture , you will perform the following duties:

  • Project management and coordination of design and construction of an aircraft engine maintenance facility
  • Advising, coordinating and supervising construction areas and project participants (internally and externally)
  • Planning and supporting the design of an aircraft engine maintenance facility, considering economic efficiency, sustainability, deadlines and quality targets; support planning and coordinating processes with the production areas and ensure implementation throughout the project realisation phase
  • Developing ideas to reduce cost and optimize design and layout of the aircraft engine maintenance facility
  • Project and construction steering in close alignment with external partners and providers
  • All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:

  • Degree in the field of architecture, civil engineering, or engineering with experience in construction and managing infrastructure projects
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in comparable areas of responsibility
  • Above-average experience in the field of complex buildings construction or property management with strong requirements of special equipment integration management
  • Experience in the lead and management and implementation of complex projects
  • Experience in managing high budget infrastructure projects
  • Fluency in English language required
  • Knowledge of the relevant regulations and building standards (e.g. CSA, Alberta building code etc.)
  • Project management certification
  • Must possess a legal work permit in Canada
  • CV/Resume required
