About the role

We're looking for a driven, hands-on Sales Manager who thrives on winning new business. This is a player-coach role where you'll lead a small sales team while actively owning and growing your own portfolio of clients. If you're someone who loves building relationships from scratch, opening doors, and closing high-value deals, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from scratch.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Develop and grow relationships with enterprise clients, managed services firms, and systems integrators.
  • Lead and mentor a small sales team while carrying individual sales targets.
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
  • Proven experience managing and growing a multi-million-dollar portfolio.
  • Strong track record in new business development and client acquisition.
  • Existing relationships within managed services firms, systems integrators, or enterprise technology companies.
  • Hunter mentality with the ability to open doors and close complex deals.
  • Experience in target markets such as Brazil, Canada, or similar regions is preferred.
