About the role
Job Description As a member of the Time-and-Pay team within Oracle Consulting Services (OCS), this Cloud Consulting Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor (OTL) and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud Advanced Workforce Scheduling (WFS) solutions. You will work with your clients to understand their business processes, provide solutions based on product and consultative expertise, and drive adoption of Oracle’s modern best practices processes.
Location: Remote / Work from Home / US-based is preferred / Travel as needed
Travel Component: 50% - 70% travel possible

Responsibilities Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Lead business process workshops and advise the client on the impacts of adopting Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor (OTL) and/or Advanced Workforce Scheduling (WFS) solutions
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and support clients in defining relevant processes and obtain sign off to ensure client alignment of the proposed solution
- Understand Oracle’s implementation methodology and use it on all engagements
- Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud OTL and WFS solutions
- Conduct process familiarization workshops to demonstrate the configuration of the cloud solution
- Support the client during all phases of testing, production cutover, and post-go-live
- Supporting the data migration consulting team and/or client with any data migration efforts
- Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure and test integrations between HCM and third party/custom solutions
- Complete the client work on time and budget
- Mentor and review the work of junior team members
Knowledge Base / Skills
- Full life cycle implementation experience on at least two (2) Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor (OTL) projects
- Experience implementing third party/competitor scheduling systems, preferable in the healthcare industry
- Oracle Advanced Workforce Scheduling (WFS) knowledge or experience is a plus
- Experience with multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules a plus
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Experience implementing HCM SaaS applications
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel, as needed (primarily within North America)

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $88,100 - $192,600 per year.
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,400 - $199,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
