Role Description This is a 3-month, remote role for a Tech Lead Intern (AI SaaS). The role is suited for someone with foundational experience in software engineering, full-stack development, or technical leadership who is ready to apply their technical expertise in a structured, collaborative, and fast-paced startup environment. You will be responsible for leading technical development efforts, supporting software engineering interns, reviewing code, contributing to architecture decisions, and helping build scalable AI-powered SaaS products.

What you'll do: Lead and coordinate software development activities across the engineering team. Guide and mentor developers by providing technical direction and code reviews. Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to deliver product features. Design and implement scalable backend and frontend solutions. Assist in defining technical architecture and development best practices. Troubleshoot technical issues and support debugging across projects. Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and version control. Track development progress and collaborate with the team to achieve sprint goals.

What we're looking for: Foundational experience in software engineering, full-stack development, or technical project leadership. Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar programming languages. Familiarity with React, Next.js, Node.js, APIs, and modern web development frameworks. Experience using Git, GitHub, and collaborative development workflows. Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to mentor teammates and work effectively in a collaborative environment. Familiarity with AI technologies, SaaS platforms, or cloud services is a plus. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment. Students, recent graduates, or early-career software engineers looking to apply and strengthen practical software engineering and leadership skills.
