- Responsible for performing and processing pulmonary function tests
EDUCATION

Registered pulmonary function technologist (RCPT(P)) in the field of pulmonary technology or commitment to obtain such registration within 10 months from the start date. Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Practical Nurse.

Current BLS certification
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 months full-time experience in a pulmonary function lab with independent performing and processing of pulmonary function tests in hospital settings.
- Ability to work independently in partnership with Respirologists and other care teammembers
- Team-work focused with ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated organizational ability
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Solid work and attendance record required
- Ability to work with varioussized gas cylinders
