Summary of the Role

This position will lead one of Rocket Lab's highest-performing business units, balancing commercial growth, engineering excellence, and operational execution while shaping the next chapter of a high-performing organization with significant autonomy and global visibility.

Reporting to the Vice President, Space Systems, the General Manager will assume full responsibility for Rocket Lab's Toronto-based ADCS Components group. Leading a multidisciplinary team across engineering, production, product management, business development, and financial performance, you will provide overall direction and accountability, ensuring it continues to deliver on customer commitments while contributing to Rocket Lab's global strategic objectives. You will also work closely with corporate partners across supply chain, finance, people operations, and other shared services to ensure the Toronto team remains well integrated within the wider enterprise while maintaining the agility and entrepreneurial spirit that have been central to its success.

As the senior leader for the Toronto team, you will represent the business both internally and externally, helping shape investment priorities, evaluate new market opportunities, and strengthen relationships with customers and industry partners. Beyond the day-to-day management of the function, you will oversee the product roadmap, guide capital investment decisions, allocate resources across the organization, and help determine where time, talent, and investment should be focused to create the greatest long-term value.
