What are your contributions to the team?
- Support the team of business analysts in IT by contributing to the optimization of processes and technological tools that support the engineering department.
- Learn and test new Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions such as TEAMCENTER or other Siemens solutions.
- Collaborate with professionals from various fields within the aerospace engineering sector.
- Develop skills in project management, change management, communication, note-taking and action tracking, etc.
- Prepare and facilitate meetings.
- Explore how multiple features can be managed within our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution.
- Participate in the various stages of implementing TEAMCENTER solutions, including test scenarios.
- Analyze and manipulate large amounts of data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to improving the change management process in the different systems supporting operation.
How to thrive in this role?
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or another relevant field.
- You are interested in IT solutions that help optimize engineers’ work.
- You are familiar with a PLM environment.
- You thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- You demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and are proactive in identifying and validating information.
- You are familiar with Microsoft Excel, the Office suite, SharePoint, and Teamcenter (an asset).
- You are fluent in both English and French, spoken and written.
Boarding Information:
- Location: Administrative Centre (CA)
- Duration: 8 months
- Flexible workplace-Hybrid
It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
