The Associate Solutions Analyst provides support to business units and external clients regarding business processes and current system applications. The Associate Solutions Analyst will participate in delivering projects and facilitating business change.
How You Will Create Impact
- Identify opportunities to improve business and systems processes.
- Work with business units to identify essential needs and expectations.
- Provide daily support to the business units, resolving business, system, and work-flow or process problems.
- Verify data extracts/reports to and from internal/external clients.
- Complete ongoing error analysis and resolution related to business data, business and system problem.
- Fulfillment of ad hoc reporting requests based on internal and external client needs.

To Join Our Team
- 2-3 years’ experience working with business systems in an insurance environment.
- White belt lean level or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of SQL and/or Excel Power Query/Power BI is an asset.
