Roles & ResponsibilitiesAs a Frontend Developer at Motiv, you’ll be instrumental in building high-performing, elegant, and accessible user interfaces for web applications, enterprise platforms, and digital products.
You’ll work closely with the Development, Design, and Product teams to translate concepts into immersive, scalable, and production-ready experiences, from prototypes to polished UI systems. This is a role for a builder and problem-solver, someone who takes pride in crafting seamless digital experiences that empower users and drive business outcomes.
In our fast-paced world you will have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn wireframes and design systems into interactive, responsive, and performant user interfaces.
- Implement modern frontend architectures that balance scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Architect and develop reusable components leveraging best practices and modern design patterns.
- Integrate APIs into frontend applications, including REST, tRPC, and GraphQL.
- Work with CMS platforms such as WordPress and Strapi to deliver dynamic, data-driven content experiences.
- Ensure accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA and AAA standards and inclusive design principles.
- Continuously optimize frontend performance, including Core Web Vitals, responsive behavior, and code efficiency.
- Collaborate in an agile environment using Git and GitHub for version control and peer reviews.
- Contribute ideas to improve development workflows, technical standards, and user experience.
Skills & Experience• 4-6 years of professional frontend web development experience.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS/SCSS, Tailwind, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong proficiency with Vue.js (Nuxt 3) for building SPAs and PWAs.
- Proven ability to implement responsive, accessible, and maintainable interfaces.
- Experience integrating APIs and working with headless or traditional CMS platforms.
- A keen eye for design, detail, and UX–you care as much about how things feel as how they function.
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows and collaborative development practices.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with TypeScript and component-driven architecture.
- Understanding of CI/CD workflows using tools such as GitHub Actions and Docker-based deployments.
- Experience collaborating on Node.js or full-stack applications.
- Knowledge of web animation libraries, motion design, or micro-interactions.
