We are looking for AI/ML Delivery Lead
1 year's contract
Max INC: $104/hr
Max T4: $83/hr
Lead delivery of AI/ML applications across airline operations (e.g. revenue management, network planning, maintenance), turning business priorities into deployed solutions with measurable revenue/efficiency impact, while partnering directly with executives. Key Responsibilities
- Drive AI-based initiatives.
- Deploy ML forecasting for capacity planning and route profitability.
- Lead AI-based maintenance scheduling tools (short & long-term horizons) to reduce downtime and boost aircraft availability.
- Work with execs to define success metrics, prioritize use cases, and scale AI adoption org-wide. Required Skills
- 8–12+ years tech delivery; 4+ years leading AI/ML delivery in enterprise settings.
- Airline/aviation domain experience (RM, network ops, or MRO) strongly preferred.
- Track record delivering pricing optimization, forecasting, or scheduling/optimization tools.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and AI value-narrative skills.
- Fluency in ML concepts (forecasting, optimization, dynamic pricing) to work effectively with data science teams.
