Our Evening Spa Coordinator plays an important role in supporting this experience during our later hours, helping ensure the spa feels organized, welcoming, and well cared for as guests arrive, unwind, and transition through their evening visits.
Why this role matters
As an Evening Spa Coordinator, you help anchor the spa during evening operations. You support guest arrivals, appointment flow, and sauna experiences while working closely with Spa Attendants, practitioners, and leadership to maintain our five-star standards.
This role blends guest service, coordination, and operational support. It requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm, friendly, and solution-focused in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do
- Welcome and check in spa and sauna guests with warmth and professionalism
- Support evening appointment flow, guest questions, and last-minute changes
- Assist with bookings, rebooking, memberships, and service enhancements
- Support thoughtful upselling of spa services, sauna experiences, retail, and memberships
- Coordinate closely with Spa Attendants, practitioners, and leadership to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain front desk and arrival area standards, including cleanliness, presentation, and accuracy
- Process payments, waivers, and guest documentation with care and attention to detail
- Clearly communicate spa guidelines, schedules, and guest expectations
- Help maintain a calm, polished, and welcoming spa atmosphere throughout the evening
What you'll bring
- Fluent English with clear, confident communication skills
- Strong guest service instincts and emotional intelligence
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
- Previous spa, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred
- Confidence using booking systems, POS, and basic administrative tools
- A professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
- Hours and schedule
- Part-time or full-time evening positions available
- Shifts may include:
- 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm
- 4:00 pm to 9:30 pm
- Availability required Monday through Sunday on a rotating schedule
