About the role

Provide support for the Canadian Wella organization across different departments with an emphasis on supporting processes and market data collection from customers Store Tours & Retail Execution

  • Conduct store checks three days per week across key Wella brands; document and report findings including stock levels, merchandising execution, and notable competitive activity.

  • Shoppers Drug Mart, OPI: Identify and resolve phantom inventory issues to unlock accurate ordering and improve in-stock performance.

  • Shoppers Drug Mart, Wella: Support the rollout and in-store execution of Color Mask and Ultimate Color.

  • Walmart: Assess Clairol performance and in-store execution to support CPFR discussions and planning.

  • Sephora: Support execution of Wella with weekly in-stock and POS development analysis

Development Of AI & Reporting Capabilities

  • Build enhanced reporting and insight generation capabilities using Copilot to support strategic decision-making.

  • Leverage Nielsen data, retailer POS, and SDM LDIA to deliver actionable insights.

  • Key focus brands: Clairol Color Strong and Root Touch-Up & OPI

  • Conduct promotional ROI analysis to evaluate effectiveness and inform future investment decisions.

Finance Support

  • Assist in gathering and organizing supporting documentation to support deduction clearance and resolve customer claims in a timely manner.
