Construction Manager - Moncton, NB

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Moncton, NB. This is an exciting opportunity for a construction professional ready to take on a leadership role and oversee a growing portfolio of building construction and renovation projects.

As the Construction Manager, you will lead the Projects Division , managing project teams and ensuring that all construction projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on involvement , working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and Project Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company's construction project portfolio
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
• Provide leadership and support to project teams across multiple projects
• Collaborate with field and office teams to improve project planning and execution
• Support problem-solving and decision-making on active construction sites
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in building construction management
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams
• Experience working with a General Contractor or specialized building sub-trade
• Strong understanding of commercial or institutional construction projects
• Ability to lead teams both on-site and in office environments
• Background in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering (College or University)
• Experience as a Senior Leadership Team member is an asset
