We currently have an opening for a Regional Sales Manager - Southwestern Ontario , come grow with us!
Reporting to the National Sales Manager Canada the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing customer relationships and implementing regional strategies that align with national sales goals. Your ability to connect, communicate, and close deals will directly impact the success of our sales organization.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Take full ownership of your sales territory, including identifying growth opportunities, maintaining and deepening client relationships, and expanding the customer base.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with overall company objectives.
- Build strong partnerships with customers and channel partners, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge with guidance from internal teams.
- Accurately track sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using our CRM system.
- Optimize regional sales processes for improved efficiency and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
Do you qualify? We are seeking:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of outside sales experience; experience in transformers or a related technical industry is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Technically inclined and comfortable discussing and learning product details.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and working within customer portals/systems.
- Familiarity with D365 is an asset.
