The Global Financial Crimes and AML, Manager, Internal Audit is responsible for leading the internal audit function for the financial crimes and anti-money laundering (AML) areas. This role involves assessing the effectiveness of controls, identifying risks, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead audits of financial crimes and AML processes.
- Develop audit plans and execute audit engagements.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in internal audit or compliance.
- Strong understanding of financial crimes and AML regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, CFE).
- Experience in a financial institution.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
