Beyond Landscaping is hiring seasonal snow plowers and labourers for the 2026/27 winter season to support snow removal operations in North and West Vancouver.

- On-call 24/7 during snow events (shifts often start ~3:30 am)
- Shifts: 8–12 hrs depending on storm severity
- Location: North & West Vancouver
- $50 per day shift bonus for every snow event
- Own car, SUV, 4x4 or truck = paid at a higher hourly rate

- Hard-working, reliable, and flexible with schedule
- Physically fit for snow shoveling, salting, and labour work
- Experience with snow removal or outdoor labour preferred
- Valid driver's license an asset
- Safety-conscious team player with a positive attitude

- Snow removal & ice control (plowing, shoveling, salting)
- Assist with equipment operations and site safety
- Maintain tools/equipment and report unsafe conditions

We need high performing staff who won't stop until every job is looking perfect. We are all super easy going but like to work hard, and like to surround ourselves with like minded people. Great opportunities for experienced landscapers looking to grow in a new but RAPIDLY expanding company. Also a great summer job for students April-August. All our work is on the North Shore, and we meet at our warehouse most mornings.
